- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict management support - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OSHA regulations - Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records - Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes - Conduct training sessions for employees on HR policies and procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives
Experience:
- 3
years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements - Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks Note:
